Blade Runner 2049

Who’s excited for this one?

We both are, that’s for sure! Ryan and I have been talking about this one for a while, especially once we learned the director of the incredible Arrival, Denis Villeneuve, was on board, as well.

We give you,

Blade Runner 2049

Thirty years later, how does this sequel stack up to the original, classic interpretation of Philip K. Dick’s novel, “Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?”

Starring Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling, and Jared Leto, along with a couple of other cameos, it’s certainly got the star power lined up, but can they deliver?

Let’s get started and find out.

*Oh, and by the way, I apologize for any audio issues I wasn’t able to fix in this one. The gods were apparently hiding behind the scenes and wreaking havocĀ on my feed.*

Let’s Talk Trailers!

Welcome back, everybody!

Jason and I take a few minutes to talk about a few trailer for upcoming films, including one of this week’s openers,

John Wick, Chapter 2.

So take a few minutes to get our take on what’s coming to theaters in the next few months.

We should be back with a new episode next week, perhaps talking about the aforementioned John Wick, or maybe The Lego Batman Movie.

Talk to you all soon!

Episode 13 – Arrival

I don’t know if we said it last episode or not, but I, for one, have really been looking forward to this movie since I saw the trailer.

And now it’s here.

Sci-fi with a brain? A real brain? Not just lasers and cool effects?

Listen up and find out for yourselves as Jason, Ryan and I talk about Arrival.

We’re taking a bit of different tack to our review this time around, as we explain in the opening. Hope you enjoy it.

Strap in, because this film will make your head swim!
