Ok, this is it. This is the movie that it seems like everyone has been waiting for since at least 2009, when that bastard of a movie, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, came out, which managed to simultaneously ruin two of Marvel Comic’s most, if not beloved, then cult, heroes: Deadpool and Wolverine.
Deadpool got his redemption in 2016, when Ryan Reynolds not only gave one of his best performances to-date, but also destroyed any lingering career effects of the disastrous 2011 release, Green Lantern.
Is 2017 the year Wolverine finally–after the aforementioned Origins and the only marginally better The Wolverine from 2013–gets his proper cinematic due?
Listen up, because we’re about to break it all down for you.
