Danielle Moonstar awakens in a hospital after an unknown disaster destroys her reservation and kills everyone she knows.

Under the care of Doctor Reyes, “Dani” learns that she and her four fellow patients are actually young mutants, whose powers are still not under control or even identified, in the case of Dani.

But not is all as it seems, as the hospital is protected by an invisible energy dome which keeps all enemies out… and the New Mutants in.

As dark secrets and fears from the patients begin to manifest in reality, the clock is ticking to determine how they can survive both their captor and their demons.
