The Personal History of David Copperfield

A retelling of the Charles Dickens classic quasi-autobiographical novel, director Armando Iannucci uses his incredibly diverse and eclectic (and electric!) cast to great effect.

With Dev Patel as David Copperfield, the film also features Tilda Swinton, Hugh Laurie, Benedict Wong, Peter Capaldi, Ben Whishaw, Gwendoline Christie, and Rosalind Eleazar to weave a fantastic tale in a unique way.
