Synopsis:

An intimate look at the extraordinary rise, fall and redemption of televangelist Tammy Faye Bakker.

I’ll be honest: I wasn’t expecting much when I went into this one.

Sure, I liked Jessica Chastain, but I wasn’t really a big Andrew Garfield fan.

And I was old enough when this all went down that I remember it playing out every day on the news.

In the end, I’m not sure what I was expecting.

But I’m fairly certain it wasn’t this.

Have a listen.

The Eyes of Tammy Faye is showing exclusively in theaters now.

The Eyes of Tammy Faye stars Jessica Chastain, Andrew Garfield, Cherry Jones, Vincent D’Onofrio, Gabriel Olds, and Louis Cancelmi.
