Greyhound
With a screenplay by Tom Hanks (from the novel by C.S. Forester), director Aaron Schneider brings to life the tale of the American Naval Destroyer Greyhound, as it escorts a convoy of cargo ships across the Atlantic in the early days of direct American involvement in World War II.
Tom Hanks brings his star power to the leading role of Captain Krause, who commands the Greyhound as she plays cat-and-mouse with German U-Boats in the vastness of the seas, far from support.
Greyhound is available now on Apple TV+.
